Best hotel for viewing an old city of Berlin. Got a lot of experience while staying there: traditional market of Chrismast, quite place, friendly staffs, and convenient room.

Lovely Staff, Good Breakfast and Clean.
Downsides, our room as up 8 flights of stairs! Lugging our cases up there was exhausting! The website also says they have a luggage porter, which clearly they don't! The stairs were an issue during the holiday, once we were out there was no chance we would nip up for collect something we forgot! My friend counted the steps and there were 180 steps between the entrance and our room.
The room was also a let down, we booked a standard double with king size mattress. What we had was a twin room with 2 single beds! The room also had tilted ceilings which you had to manover around to get to the window, table and second bed. We both banged our heads at least once!
The beds couldn't of been pushed together due to the frames, it would of left a 8inch gap between mattresses so considering we booked a double i am not impressed.
Location is good, it is situated right by the underground.response / report this review -

OK hotel for a short city break. Clean and convenient for the UBahn. Unfortunately no lift and lots of stairs and breakfast room was rather cramped.
