It's 10mins from the Tegel airport but in an isolated place, reception was okay but customer service can be better. Rooms are spacious and have basic amenities. Breakfast was okay and there are a few restaurants nearby as the hotel does not have a restaurant

Objednano přes net, po 10 hod.letu zjistíte že v dnešní době nepoužívají počítač ale vzkazy na papírku a vůbec je nezajímá vaše rezervace přes booking.V noci bez možnosti domluvit se jinak než německy. Pokoje ale čisté místo klidné ,po ubytování v SF příjemná změna 😊

Old furniture in the rooms, unclean carpets in the rooms, walls in the room was also dirty, facility around hotel very unattractive, room door's with damages. Food for breakfast was super good and much more as enough. Quiet facility around hotel, big parking ( not secure ), Wifi for additional 5 Eur / 24h and only for 1 device.

Free parking, good reception, wi-fi 5 euro in day (but wi-fi cost something money in all Berlin).

The hostel is situated a looooong way out from the centre of Berlin, however has an underground station about 7 minutes walk away which will take you most places. I would recommend using the public transport as it is relatively cheap and taxis from this hostel to, say, the airport will cost a lot of money.
We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who didn't speak any English but we got by and asked her to order us a cab for the next morning which arrived promptly.
We had booked a room for 4 and we got 2 bunk beds and 2 singles which was fine. We were supplied with bedding and towels and had an en suite bathroom.
It was clean, had a bit of office furniture in it to act as a dressing table, and the lock on the door looked like it had been tampered with.
Great if you don't mind the long commutes.response / report this review
