After our flight was cancelled, the airline booked a room for me at the Hotel Ibis Frankfurt City Messe. When I arrived to the hotel with a couple people who also got his flight cancelled, they told us they did not have any free rooms. After 35 minutes complaining they told us they had one room. I had to sleep with two strangers that night. Otherwise, I would have sleept on the street. The person in the reception (Bunyamin ozdemir) said no several times when I asked for the claim papers with the following argument: "Please, I don't have time for this. Don't make me waste my time".
I have never dealed with such unprofessional staff

Breakfast was awesome, nice people, nice stay & friendly staffs..They go extra mile trying to help, communicate, and speak English when English is not their native language. Well done guys!

Convenient business hotel. It is not the prettiest, but it's comfortable enough for the purpose. The breakfast is suitable for the price. Overall it's the cheap room rate that's a good enough reason to choose this place.
