Beautiful hotel,
Was traveling with my partner we booked king size deluxe room. At arrival reception stuff asked if we want two separate beds, would you ask straight couple same question? Don't think in today world you can make mistake like book one bed instead of two?
Room was lovely aircon wasn't working properly.
Restaurant experience was tragic, my tuna steak was almost grey from over cooking and my partner lobster pasta was over powered with tarragon and Saffron you could as well have a plain fish or chicken in it as you couldn't taste any lobster, however starters selection was amazing. Also €9,5 for bottle of sparkling water it's an over kill.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Easy to reach there from the train station. Spacious room with big bathroom. Worth every penny on this hotel. Highly recommended.

Sept 2017, I have traveled to over 90 countries staying at many hotels and Villa Kennedy is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Impeccably clean rooms, and outstanding service!! Hotel merits 6 stars!! The best place to stay in Frankfurt.

Staying here since about 2 months for a business project and the villa is simply superb. Service always 120% to the point on an every day basis without losing its authenticity. Service: Staff is very welcoming building personal relationships. Compliment to the breakfast team managed by Franziska who are faster than you can communicate your wishes. Room cleaning service more than excellent!! Front desk and concierge with flawless service as well managing taxis perfectly in the morning! Facility: Cozy and large rooms, excellent breakfast leaving no wishes open- local products with fantastic quality!
I know many hotels around the world and this one deserves all of its stars!! Keep up the great work and warmth to make guests feel at home.

I booked this hotel as the firs hotel on my honeymoon trip, the hotel gave a free upgrade to a suite which was a very nice gesture. The staff are amazing and very polite. The room are very clean and tidy. I really enjoyed it even it was for one night only.

First, Great hotel until i found a used condom under my bed! Hotel apologized,.but, offered nothing in return. They offered to switch rooms. Unfortunately, not going to switch rooms at 1030pm.

Good hotel, in Christmas time look beautiful! Only strange that for alive Christmas tree in our room they take extra charge for 75 euro. Very bad situation with communications between staff and quest , no remind messages at all!!! If you have pre book something before your traveling and can forgot it, so nobody will remind you there! So we pre booking special service, car with a driver for Christmas bazar in Centre of the city. Pre booking was 2-3 weeks before we check in hotel and of course we forgot about what exact date and time it will be. So in our room was call from a front desk , lady said that our driver waiting us downstairs ???!!!!! . How it possible NO remind quests what they pre booking Yes, probably it's our fault to think - it will be the next day, but to be honest we cannot hold all this details in our heads, sorry there so many others important things "stay". So this lady was very terrible where we come down to speak with her, she said in ultimatum form that we will pay anyway, because it's our problem that we forgot. And they of course charge us!

So around the world, super service meaning also all this "little details" - kindly remind your quest what they pre book (even if this was booked 1-2 days before!)

I will be happy if general management will put their full attention for training their staff, be more caring and be sure, that hotel guest remember about all booking they did..

P.S. One more big "+" :)

Premium Hotel in Frankfurt. Welcoming, helpful and friendly staff, good cuisine, lovely SPA. Very nice Atrium Terrace. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Car park in the basement.

Probably the best hotel in Frankfurt with a fantastic staff, always going out of their way and very helpful. Always my preferred place to stay, excellent room service and very comfortable rooms. I have to state that the best part of the hotel is the staff, great top notch service.

The Spa in the hotel is fantastic but keep in mind it gets booked up quickly so book ahead for it. I booked the 90 min AntiJetlag Massage and it did us wonders. And fantastic facility while waiting for our rooms to get ready.
