Hotel with very good and friendly service. Pool and sauna available. Good restaurant but sometimes overcrowded. Nearby Frankfurt am Main airport. But hotel will be closed and reopened soon.

Service was excellent, location was also convenient, but the food in the restaurant was pretty lackluster. The rooms were nice and I would recommend sleeping there, but plan to eat elsewhere.

Very nice hotel, reasonable walk to the train, allowing you to explore the city. Rooms were great and the food for breakfast and the restaurant was excellent. The only disappointment I had was that I had to take a taxi to the airport, costing me ~25€. I thought when I booked the hotel that it had a shuttle listed as an amenity, I must have been mistaken.

Clean, simple, modern hotel. They have a nice little bar in the lobby which is a bit trendy. They have good alcohol selections.
The rooms are your standard hotel rooms. They're neat and clean. You can't ask for anything more.
Their breakfast buffet is standard. You can always find something to eat.

This property has a nice lobby bar, and decent restaurants. The room was small, but clean. The mattress was certainly on the firm side, so keep that in mind. The front desk staff is very competent, and helped me out quickly with the issue I experienced with my stay. They also give platinum guest a few extra perks as thank yous for choosing their property. Though it would not be my first choice, I would stay here again if I needed an airport area hotel.

2nd stay at this hotel. Small and dated rooms (even the so called 'executive level' SPG member rooms are poor), dated bathroom, the dusty airco hardly works. Breakfast is poor, chaotic, and served in a beer stubbe canteen area. The hotel is located in a remote business park, 20 mins taxi ride from the city centre.
If you're unlucky as me, on this trip, having to book this hotel at top notch price (€180+ for standard room) because of a fair taking place in Frankfurt Messe, it's actually a ripp-off. Not a joyful experience, apart of some of the staff who try hard to be helpful and tasteful Vienna veal escalope as room service.

The rooms were very warm despite the air conditioning system being placed on max, perhaps faulty ac system? Guest service provided a fan and the room temperature was much better.

Staff is very friendly and polite. There is no kettle in the room. If you would like a cup of tea or coffee? You can jog on. Is this a real Sheraton hotel???
