Avoid this place at all costs. The manager Marc was very unfriendly and basically told me that my English is not very good, being from the USA, I don't agree, I know the difference between the word "minute" and "o'clock". The "free shuttle bus" is 4 Euro from the airport to the hotel. The overall appearance of the hotel is very drab and old. There are better places nearby with better service, amenities and rooms.

This is purely a restaurant review. We didn't stay here but we came to eat at the restaurant and we were thoroughly impressed. A homemade vegan burger to die for!! The cauliflower soup was delicious also. Kind and helpful waitors.

Decent airport hotel near Terminal 2. Either use a shared hotel shuttle (from Terminal 1 and 2) or walk cca 10 min to the hotel from Terminal 2 (but you have to know where to go and it is not exactly pleasant walk, especially with luggage). Shuttle is free from the airport, way back is charged - 4 Eur. Breakfast is pretty good for this category.

Very comfortable room for 1 overnight. Clean, modern, quiet. There is a hotel shuttle from Terminal 1 which services several hotels, Holiday Inn etc and this Park Inn. Not sure of shuttle times but I needed to leave at 0430 so front desk ordered a taxi since it was too early for shuttle. Taxi to Terminal 2 costs €8-10.

Nice accomodation, nice conference rooms (I know all 4 now ;-) ), nice breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Only the bar is a bit Lame (don't get me wrong: the service is very attentive, friendly and quick!) Coffee is great as well (the second-most important thing at a conference ;-) ) Parking is easy, prices are fair. A shuttle to the airport is offered, which I did not use. One disadvantage: you won't sleep with open window because of the planes. The windows perfectly block the noise, though. So with CLOSED window it's perfectly quiet. In total: recommended.

    Would not recommend
My office booked me this hotel last minute as there was a fair in FRA, I stayed in this hotel on 16 - 20th May 2017, not the best experience.
Even though i did not have a positive outlook, there were positives -
    - The internet was great, thanks.
    - The bar man on 17th May 2017 at around 7pm was absolutely nice (honestly, he could be in the front office, he could handle customers well). Thanks alot
The front office personnel receiving us (me and a colleague) was not so warm she was like a robot. To my dismay, she recited to me booking details et al (usual stuff), and when it came to my colleague she asked him ' do you want me to repeat what i just said?' Jeez, this is hospitality business, be nice! I have had a much more better experience in a hostel or budget hotel.
However here is my rating of the entire hotel on a scale of 0 - 10
Internet = 20 (keep it up)
Room comfort = 7: I loved the bed But there was no mini bar or fridge to cool the water
Room service = -10: staff were not picking calls even though they more than 1 at front desk. And when you went down stairs, the staff weren't so nice
Staff politeness = -20: Never seen such cold on a sunny day
Would i willingly come back = NO. I would rather pay extra 9 euros per day to access internet at Sheraton

Friendly staff, clean hotel, 60's design furnishings and atmosphere. Comfortable rooms, menu selection limited but good. Breakfast was a steep price, as compared to other places, and what I would expect to pay for a lunch. Close to airport, free shuttle to hotel, pay to return to airport.

Rooms could use a little more cleaning. Sheets weren't changed by the time I checked in, I had to use some other sheets I found in the room. Food at the restaurant was really good though.

Friendly & helpful staff, good food for dinner and dinner and breakfast although the selection isn't as expanse as a normal restaurant. I guess that's to be expected though, so no big deal. The room (entryway, bedroom, and bathroom) was very nice and felt somewhat updated. The bed was very comfortable and had this interesting glow light that went around the headboard, which was a neat and nice thing - I've never seen that done and I liked selecting my own color. Definitely the best hotel I've stayed at for the price (€70) I paid at the time. Also, the shuttle to the airport was on time and nice, so this hotel pretty much nailed everything. The only negative thing I have to say is that the shower was a bit flimsy; I leaned into one of the glass panels and it almost popped out of its frame. Easy fix: don't put any pressure on the glass. Honestly, I'd give place a 4.5/5, but that's not an option.

Very colorful hotel. Rooms are small. Showers are small. But the bathroom was clean. The breakfast is delicious and staff helpful. Front desk personnel not all but some need to work on their customer service skills. Not much to do close by. Its literally at the airport.
