  Went there earlier today to buy clotted cream. After insisting that I did not want the one that expires tomorrow as I have guests on Friday, the sales lady sneakily wrapped up the ones which expire tomorrow & put them in a bag whilst I was looking at their teas. I only realised this when I got back to the office & didn't have the time to return to the store. Not impressed at all. She was already bored looking & flicking through her phone when I got there so I'm not surprised that her customer service skills were non-existent.

  Super small, super cozy, super good. Large tea selection, great cake, real scones & clotted cream. When it comes to tea it does not get any better in Munich. A recommendation without reservation.

  As a huge fan of the great "afternoon tea" experience, I love this teeny tiny The Victorian House in Fünf Höfe. More than 80 tea sorts, from classic English breakfast tea to rooibos (my favorite one, along with green tea). Add here yummy cakes and wonderful China porcelain! I wish every shopping center had The Victorian House ;)
