Rubbish, car return you can wait for an hour to get a simple confirmation the car was received

Good service when we picked up the car. On time and exactly the car which was ordered was given (this is not always so). Car was good. We gave the car 2 days earlier back on a Sunday. Full service from Buchbinder, office was staffed well. Again friendly service.

Quick and friendly service. I liked that they have an app with the car's existing damages, so the check in and out was quite smooth. They also immediately returned the deposits after returning the car.

This was the worst car rental experience we ever had!!! We booked a car at a car rental website from Friday 7 pm until Sunday evening from 22 pm with automatic gear transmission. The price was 72 eur. When we came to pick up a car, first of all it took us one hour(!!!!) to get the car, but what even more outrageous is that at the pick up desk instead of 72 eur total we have a booking for, we were supposed to pay 250 eur. The argument was that the booking we had is a reservation and can change at car rental service pick up. Were we notified about it ? I don't think so. Additionally, the car had manual transmutation. None of us accustomed of driving manual transmission cars. That's why we booked automatic one! But ok. So we had to cut our hours for the car rental, take extra insurance and anyway end up with manual gears. Moreover, we got a PROMO car. Nowhere on the website is was said we would get a PROMO car with commercial all over it.
I can summarize it on one phrase - low-cost hell.response / report this review -

Had to wait about 45min to pick up a car. Turns out they didn't find the keys at first, then they had to go get gasoline. Because of this the car wasn't cleaned either. At least they filled up the water for the windscreen wipersUpdate: After returning the car it took Buchbinder 14 days to refund the bond of 1.000 EUR. The organization is a desaster.

Much cheaper and more predictable prices than Sixt. I've rented a car once and everything was alright, they are fair and you find all the info clearly on their website. They are a short walk away from Pasing city center.
