My experience with this store has been great so far. Really nice crew, who sometimes help you even free of charge (when parts are lose, for instance). Their advice seemed to me always very professional. Why all the bad reviews? Bike nerds are hard to satisfy and they like to complain, I guess.

Amazing. I go there with a flat tyre 25 min before they close the shop, and they say they are closing and can't help me Just 5 minutes work to help someone (and get money!) who now had to walk home, and you say you can't help me. WORST SERVICE EVER.
