The Club Floor at this location is amazing! The staff are incredible and the entire experience of staying here was extremely memorable. The bar in the lobby has a fantastic piano player that perfectly creates a vibe that you want to stay within for hours. This hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Berlin!

Service is superb, rooms are OK, maybe a little overdecorated, bed was outstanding. We stay at Club Level where you can find day around an expert staff to assist, food was good, drinks at right mix. Downstairs bar could be better serve if tenders better understand their role. Piano man fun to join.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable bedding. Very comfortable bathroom.

Points knocked off for the following:
1) Bad attitudes from concierge desk. They not only could not help me, but they sounded like I was wasting their time.
2) Laundry service screwed up my laundry.
3) Turn down service is by request.

If you want the best experience in Berlin, this is NOT the hotel. But it is one of the better ones.

This is a very nice place and location. The staff are really friendly, great service and really great restaurant and bar. The decor is really classy and yet with all modern amenities.

Historic hotel in Berlin. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The interior design and the served food is extraordinary. I participated for an event, unfortunately haven't spent a night at this hotel.

My favourite hotel in Berlin having stayed in four different local hotels for business visits. The service is a very high standard and, without exception, all staff on my stays have been extremely accommodating (can't fault it). This also has one of the best bars in the local area and worth going to even if you're not staying.

Very luxurious feeling, room in excellent maintenance level, clean, large and clervely designed. Staff is well trained and is always helpful. Expensive, though.
