Great location. Good rooms. However the twin beds could have been better, they felt a bit sloppy. They do not offer free parking themselves but you can find free parking in the neighborhood. Overall good experience.

Best Western Hotel is overall a good hotel to stay in Berlin for few days. Service was good, staff was very helpful, room was big enough and bathroom was large. Downfalls for us are as follows: * The room wasn't heating as fast enough. Although the bathroom was very well heated. * The was no minibar (but there was a Kettle) * The beds are rather uncomfortable. * The hotel is not located in a main street. That said, the cost very reasonable and I would recommend this hotel to stay for few days or a week.

Location was great, close to an U-bahn station but walkable to much of Berlin. My room was smart and clean, everything in working order. My only complaint was the mattress was very soft but this is my personal preference only and i sleep on a very solid mattress at home! Otherwise great stay.

Upon arrival to the hotel I was greeted by the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable as is the bed. There are some good local restaurants near by. You can easily get around the city by foot or the underground which isn't a 5 minute walk

Staff are so nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable especially the beds, which we're incredible after a long trip from the USA, the breakfast is fantastic, the only problem I had, was it was impossible to find drinking water. The best I could do was either drink from the sinks, or use the small container of cucumber water in the breakfast area. The hotel is conveniently located next to the U-bahn, and has an ATM machine.

Very Close to U-Bahn Spittelmarkt. Nice, small room, comfy beds. Room does not have mini-bar or refrigerator.

Gute Lage, good location. Quiet neighborhood. Normales 3-Sterne Haus, normal 3-start hotel. Housecleaning not top, some disfunctional fittings. Service impersonal and officious, but otherwise OK.

We stayed there for four nights. Twin room , comfy beds and clean bathroom. Breakfast was generously served between 6:30am and 10:30am. Good selection and staff very friendly
