Really nice welcoming hotel close to the central train station. Basic rooms, but clean, spacious, and also very accessible for wheelchair users (not important for me personally, but important for some people). Good sized wetroom attached to the room. Very good price as well.

I have stayed in the Guest house twice and I found it very nice place for stay in Berlin. Most importantly, staff of the Guest House is very nice and helpfull, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice. Another important aspect is that location of the Guest House is very comfortable, near to Berlin main train station HBF and I could travel any important places very easily. I recommend this Guest House for any person, as well as for families who are travelling with children. Because, there are most of the rooms are convenient for group of people.

Excellent!!! The gäastehaus has a very good location (very nice neighbourhood near Hbf) and the attention is really good, very kind and polity. Also you can get any ticket that you want and make it easier to go out and enjoy Berlin. The room was perfect and very clean.

Fab location, clean and comfortable but rooms serviced only every 4 days! Take a padlock as there are no safes in the rooms. It's a hostel not a hotel - so be prepared to be the oldest people there if you are over 30. Lots of groups of students when we visited. Family and bike friendly, restaurants within walking distance.

This is a delightful place to stay. It's close to the train station and an easy walk to the main attractions. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean and roomy, and breakfast is hearty. I will definitely stay here again.

A simpel clean hotell for groups. Unfortunally I forgot my Adidas jacket in the room. I could not get it back. The routines for "lost and find" seems to be weak at the hotell.

I stayed here a couple of time. You have to book quite early or really late and get lucky to get a good price. The rooms are nothing special but is tidy and there is someone all the time. You can walk in late at night and still find a bed.

The rooms may be sometimes a little narrow but are very clean. The food and the service is very nice and organized with you information. I've stayed there twice and I'll come again if I return to Berlin.

Reasonably priced and comfortable accommodation with all the basics. Close to the main train station. Efficient staff. Would stay again.

Stayed at the hostel part of this place. Our hostel was located in the basement. Odd combination of people put together. We had an older lady in our hostel and she snored throughout the entire night and no one could sleep. Was so happy to leave this place. Guess what though, THEY HAVE BED BUGS. After leaving this place I see all these bite marks throughout my legs, arms, even my hands and feet. Not a place for hostels, cheap but not worth all the trouble.
