Guter Italiener in der Ulmer Altstadt in historischem Gewölbe, angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Speisekarte übersichtlich, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Service war in Ordnung, Essen auch.

Ich kann das Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen. Auch wenn das Restaurant selbst schön und das Essen gut war, kann ich nicht über den desinteressierten und unhöflichen Service hinwegsehen. Schade, dass das Restaurant kein Interesse an den Gästen von Morgen zeigt.

Das Essen war ok, aber der Service ist miserabel. Respektlos und unhöflich jungen Leuten gegenüber. Als man Trinkgeld geben wollte wurden nur die Augen verdreht, da es wohl nicht genug war.
"Ältere" Gäste wurden freundlich und Willkommen behandelt, aber bei jungen Leuten absolut nicht der Fall.

The restaurant is located in a great location. It looks like a historical basement (and it probably is) where the ceiling looks like a cross vault and the ceiling is based on several columns. We stopped by for lunch and liked the food and the recommended wines. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This place had unbelievably bad service. We were pretty much tricked into buying the most expensive red wine on their menu, the food came way too late for one person out our party of six. When the food was finally ready, the cook that was at the food pick up window had the nerve to shout at us to get up from our table and to get the entree ourselves instead of having the waitress bring it. The food didn't taste too great. The tomato sauce in the spaghetti had a bright, nuclear color. Disgusting!
