Very friendly and effective. Stylish interior abd superb location by the Danube sbd 5 min walk from the historic city centre of Ulm. Room needed a 2nd clean as we got in which was done swiftly and without any issues. Breakfast buffet was nice but I've seen more diverse ones. Two minor complaints but not wuite five stars because of them.

A decent hotel, the only problem was that they offered no laundry service and no refrigerators in the rooms. Obviously no microwave sa well.. the staff speaks some English and overall a nice experience.

Little bit noisy the bedrooms near the street, but the bed very large and confortable, just the shower it's not so good because the wamter go on the floor if you don't take care. Expensive too, the breakfast ok but can do more to ameliorate the quantity. Globally it's good hotel but can do best.

Firm mattresses with no clothes iron and no AC. Maybe that's just the German way? Other than that, very clean and professional feeling.
