2 Stelle solo per la posizione situata quasi al centro di Ulm. Camere un po piccole così come i bagni. Vi troverete la doccia con idromassaggio, non ci sperate che funzioni, le bocchette sono intasate non si sa da quale secolo dal calcare, ringraziate se riuscite a fare la doccia. Siamo stati appena 2 notti, dopo i due pernotti, alcuni componenti della famiglia e amici, ci siamo ritrovati con i pidocchi, a mio parere sui cuscini ci stava una bella colonia. Come da foto " Si, parlo Italiano" riportato in tutte le lingue, non ci sperate l'unica lingua che parlano è Tedesco e Inglese. Il portiere, se potete evitatelo dopo aver fatto il check-in e se dimenticate le chiavi o per qualche motivo le consegnate in portineria, la sera dopo le 22 non pensate di poter rientrare in albergo, trovatene un altro per il pernotto, lui non vi aprirà. Brutta esperienza.

The hotel was fairly quiet, even in summer. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a sofa and table, as well as a television.
The staff, although friendly, spoke little English. This was not much of a problem to me as I spoke some German. They even refunded us one day's breakfast when we told them we were checking out at 5:15 am.

If you are looking for a 1 or 2 night stay for just somewhere to sleep then it is good, the best is really comfortable. The rooms are very clean & smell good. You get good shower gel & HBO on a small but modernish t.v. The location is good and in walking distance from city center where you can eat & be entertained. They only improvement I can say is they need a warmer, friendlier welcome I found the staff can come across rude. I did not eat the breakfast so cannot comment. However I would not stay again, I think you can get better accommodation for the price.
