Good hotel.. Location is not so good.. One have to walk 1.2 km to reach ULM hbf.. breakfast is delicious.. Over all good stay. However i was unable to use international free call facility.. it was not dialing my indian number.. Raised the concern, but was not resolved ..

Very friendly staff, helpful with stupid questions from tourist. Parking for only a couple of cars - first in gets to park. Fan in rooms but no aircon, very hot in summer. Single beds in twin room very small and close to the ground. Breakfast is good and whilst items are not replaced as they empty due to being really busy, helpful staff will refill as soon as you ask. I have marked as 4 star but really 3 1/2

Hot rooms with no air conditioning. Noisy because of traffic. Parking in the Aldi parking lot or behind the store off site. Breakfast bar ok but not exceptional. No coffee allowed in rooms, must drink in breakfast area. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Shower small. Rooms are clean.

Friendly staff, excellent, well appointed rooms, and very plentiful breakfast, and snacks and hot drinks available 24/7. Very good value for money. Drawbacks: parking is 50 m off-site, but very plentiful. Public transport sparse at weekends. Although some rooms face a very busy road, the windows are soundproof. Would stay there again, any time.

The rooms have a funny smell and the ceiling is very inclined. I had to be very careful not to hit my head on it. The hotel doesn't have it's own parking, instead it rents a few parking spots about 500m away from the hotel in the parking of a nearby supermarket. The staff was very nice and helpful and they clean the rooms every day. The breakfast is very good and there's quite a lot of options to choose from.

The hotel is a bit hidden. Making it truly a hidden gem.

Short summary: perfect price quality mix. I will not look further next time and book it again when I need a hotel in this area.

Long summary: Good price. Friendly (and English speaking) service at the desk, nice and clean look, free Wi-Fi, free bottle of water, free parking (nearby), spacious and clean room, comfortable shower and beds, scent sticks in the room (not strong, just enough), fridge, excellent breakfast (lost of choice), game area (Wii), nearby a supermarket.

The staff were very happy and helpful. They did everything to make the stay better. The rooms are very clean and in good condition and it is very convenient as it is located near supermarkets and relatively close to the centre. I enjoyed it a lot.
