Staff on the desk were friendly and the room was nice and clean and reasonably priced

Nice hotel with basic rooms. We had a three person room, where one bed was a sort of couch. This bed wasn't as good as the other two beds. Bathroom was great and the street is not noisy at all. Great location in Düsseldorf!

Best breakfast in the neighborhood. Good position, close to the station and the metro. Big and clean rooms. Great value for money.

The hotel was very comfortable, and the people very nice. There was an event on those dates, and for this reason the prices were a bit too high. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety of fruits, which I love.

Nice place slightly difficult to locate if out of area. But second time round no problem. 7 or 8 minutes from dusseldorf main station. Quiet clean helpuf staff. Excellent breakfast not free. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
If I visited dusseldorf again it is a very strong contestant this hotel. Highly recommendedresponse / report this review -

Nice big room was great for us with two small kids, great breakfast and half a dozen Tesla chargers in the parking garage.

Unpleasant attitude of two receptionists. They apparently enjoyed bullying customer, really arrogant way of talking. They are middle aged lady and young guy, other receptionists are really nice people. I think this hotel owner should take care of stuff, because someone can think it is racism .
