Lufthansa put me to this hotel on my missed flight layover. The stuff was very attentive and quick at check-in although there were many people driven from the airport by the Hotel’s shuttle bus. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I had a good sleep overnight. Free buffet dinner paid by Lufthansa and free breakfast were good as well.
Ask for a non-smoking room when checking in!!!! I was surprised to learn they still have smoking rooms in Germany 🇩🇪 by getting myself placed into a smoking room. Everything was smelly therefore: the linens, the pillows, the bed. The smell was even in the shower compartment!!!!response / report this review -

Nice hotel still pretty new. The pub is small but it offers some food till late. Very close to the airport with a shuttle bus service, free to get in and 7€ to get the terminal. The the rooms are small but cozy, the bathroom slightly too small to be cozy.

Very busy airport hotel. Clean rooms, but very small bathroom. The 20 Euro dinner is not good (in fact bad), but the morning breakfast was ok - but they ran out of orange juice at breakfast?? The shuttle service is quite clumsy - free from the airport - but a fee charged too return to the airport. The outside of the building is ugly. Way too many people hanging out in the lobby. We were comped rooms by the airline due to mechanical issues and no more flights. Would not have been my choice, but it is what it is.

Hotel with payed parking space. Attendance very nice, good restaurant and a small pub inside.
The room is clean and modern.
The location is good and it is not far from airport, but it needs a car or a ride to get there.response / report this review -

There is nothing else around. Their bar was too busy. It's an airport hotel that charges you 7 Euros for their airport shuttle! Once we arrived at T1, they told me to take the normal airport shuttle to get to Terminal 2. But it's cheap I guess. The room was clean and a good size.

United Airlines cancelled a flight and put economy-class passengers in this hotel.
The bed was uncomfortable.
The only positive was that the kitchen served decent food.

I missed the flight and had to wait 1 day. Wasn't very uppset. But in the end I was really satisfied staying in this hotel that airlines provided for me. Large variety of food in the buffet for dinner and breakfast. Airport shuttle from the door to airport. Tidy and spacious double room with TV, fridge, tea/coffee wih kettle in the room.

Close to the airport, but not close to the gate. Worst beds ever. Very low to the ground, no support, horrible bedding. Telephone was broken in the room.
The staff was very friendly, multilingual and very helpful. If it wasn't for the staff, I would give it one star.response / report this review -

4 stars? I don't think so. Rude staff in restaurant gave me indigestion, trying to boot us out while I was still on my main course. Room was not clean, rubbish was left lying from previous guests. Bedding is terrible quality and there isn't enough of it. The hot evening buffet wasn't hot at all. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! Piss artists.
