Nice ambiance, though the bar had very limited seating. Drinks were quite pricey but well made. The location itself was very convenient, especially close to trains and parking.

Connected to the airpot through walkway for convenience to both airport and both regional and intercity train stations. Quite possibly the best club lounge visited with extended hours of service of grown up drinks and allowed to use status for free drinks in sports bar

Sheraton hotels its one of the top brand names in the hospitality industry worldwide. The Frankfurt location is a good example of excelent operation and service awareness.
When you are coming out of a long flight and want a good meal and rest without any hassle this is the place to be. Expect to pay above average. Its worth it all the way.

Overall not the most modern rooms, but a nice hotel with very good restaurants. Great service. The rooms are super quiet - you don't hear anything from the airport.

Difficult to find car drop-off point, then we had to pay for parking just to bring in our bags before taking car to rental return.
Check-in staff cold and unfriendly, contrary to number of other places we stayed this trip to Germany.
No informal place to get food, at a reasonable price.

The triple-paned windows do a good job of insulating you from the noisy airport, and the breakfast buffet is the most impressive I've seen anywhere. The rooms are nicely furnished, and the staff is eager to accommodate any special requests you may have.

Prices are above similar hotels elsewhere, but that's what you pay for staying right inside the airport.

Overnight stay for a morning flight. Very good staff, quick room service, and a quality room. Easily my first choice for next-day flights out of Frankfurt.

A large hotel with spacious lobby, staff are very friendly. Club lounge is spacious and clean, with plenty of choices for breakfast, it is one of the best I have enjoyed using so far. Yet, need to increase a few hotfood choices during evening meal time. The gym needs improvement, and enlarged, one of the machines broke down, and no trackmill. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, much influenced by my use of the lounge.

Service was very pleasant and the hotel looked the part. For professional use, we were disappointed with the wifi being difficult to use and very slow in the rooms, which you also had to pay for. The restaurant served good food, both dinner and breakfast, and is this recommended.

Much better than expected. I wasn't expecting much from an airport hotel but everything was very good. My wife and I were upgraded to a very large suite with SPG platinum. The bed was very comfortable and we did not hear any noise at all from the airport. The club lounge was also very nice.
