The guests are mainly for business reasons in Hanau therefore to offer the worst internet connection that I've ever seen is unacceptable They call it "unlimited free wi-fi" that means you have tor refresh your device every 3 minutesAndroid? IOS? Laptop? Skype call? Youtube? Streaming? Forget it. And that's a 4 star hotel?! Absolutely unacceptable. By the way: The rooms are cold, the showers are "historic" Breakfast was okay. But again. A business hotel without internet is just nothing. Poor service.

Pros - Centrally located, good breakfast.
Cons - The "free" WLAN does not work at all, and the rooms are cold. If you ask for help from the front desk you either don't get any support and get yelled at, or you are told that you will be attended to and the help never comes.
Overall - Not a pleasant experience. Hopefully they will improve in the future.

Cheap hotel on a good location near the center. Standard rooms. A little hinder of airplanes landing at Frankfurt.

Very basic business hotel. Location is good for me else I would never stay here. Room is comfortable but the bathroom needs to be improved. Especially the shower. The cubicle is tiny and the shower curtain sticks to you when wet. Quite bad.
