Nette Bar mit gutem Bier und einer netten Auswahl an Snacks und Kleinigkeiten zu Essen.
We had ha great evening! Food and beers was perfect
The pork shoulder was excellent, with extremely crispy crackling. It seems popular with large groups and reservations are highly advisable.
RotBier and Fleischkuchle
Truly local place. Great beers, traditional and delicious German dishes (the cheese spätzel is amazing) for a very reasonable price. Totally recommended.
This kind of experience is the reason I use yelp. Went to Nuremberg for the first time in my life, wanted a genuine good experience, searched on yelp and found this as the first recommendation - went and had a phenomenal time.
There was only two of us but we were very lucky to get a table on a Saturday during late lunchtime - the restaurant was completely full and full of German speaking people during quite a touristy season, so that should say something. The decor is simple fantastic - your eyes can roam throughout the entire time you are there and you keep finding more and more stuff to look at. Food was fantastic too - just the right amount of hearty and warming comforting meals that introduced me to the classics of German cuisine. The choice of beer was also excellent and the ladies in traditional dress very politely serving and helping with meal choice topped the experience. Much recommended - do go if you are in town!
Makes you feel like many years ago, with very simple but cozy atmosphere. The beer is also quite good!
The beer, in particular the Schwarzbier, is pretty good. They also have a Beglian Kriek on the menu, which is a bit surprising for a bar in Bavaria. During the Christmas season, they even have Glühkriek (which I actually prefer to Glühwein.) The Käsespätzle and Schnitzel are both pretty good.
Not a fancy place but beer is good
