Erfüllt voll meine Erwartungen, unser Audi Q3 war werkseitig zu schlecht gesteuert und musste spät in hohen Drehzahlbereichen hochgeschaltet werden, um ordentlich durchzuziehen trotz 150 PS. Jetzt kann man das Auto auch früh hochschalten, spart etwas Sprit (ca. 0.4 l/100 km) aber hat mehr Spaß am Fahren. Überholen geht jetzt sogar im 6. Gang. ;-)

War 4 Monate zufrieden, bis mein Auto auf der Landstraße plötzlich ausging und nicht mehr ansprang. Habe in den 4 Monaten nichts am Chip "rumgefummelt". Da ich den Chip dann ausgebaut hab, bevor ich den Abschleppunternehmer anruf (um meine Garantie nicht zu gefährden) habe ich nochmals probiert mein Auto zu starten und siehe da, er läuft wieder -sobald ich den Chip anschließe kommt wieder Motorstörung und springt nicht an.
Die Nachfrage nach einem direkten Ansprechpartner bei RaceChip, wird einfach ignoriert und man muss sich mit der Hotline zufrieden geben oder den info@ E-Mail-Adressen.
Die Leistungssteigerung die auf der Homepage angegeben wird ist meines Erachtens auch ziemlich gelogen.
Im großen und ganzen zeugt das Produkt nicht von Qualität.
Nach meiner ersten E-Mail in der ich das Problem geschildert habe, wurde ich gebeten irgendwas am Chip rumzubasteln und dann nochmal probiern.
Ernsthaft???? Da wusste ich nicht ob ich lachen oder heulen soll.
Wird das auch euren Kunden mit 100.000 Euro Autos geraten?
"Hey, bitte fummelt da mal ein bißchen rum!"
Sollte ich nun ein Austauschgerät bekommen, ist es Fakt, dass ich dieses nie wieder meinem Auto "zumuten" werde, sondern so schnell wie möglich verkaufen werde.

I received the RacePro2 chip for Volvo S40 2.0D, when i opened the box i saw marks on screws like attempt to open the chip. Second a loto of white scratches on the chip. I contacted the company, after 2 days i received an answer that i have to send it back and giving me new one-i think it was new chip i bought, correct?!

I am totaly dissapointed from a German company providing used ''new'' products

Ho acquistato il modello base RaceChip1 e ho rilevato incremento ottimo su Astra 1.7 diesel 110 Cv originali. La mappatura ricevuta forniva un minimo un pò irregolare allora ho provato la mappatura Tining 1 che ha fornito un ulteriore incremento della potenza, progressione e regolarità del motore. Fin' ora sono soddifatto, anche il consumo si è ridotto. Sono molto sorpreso dei commenti negativi di altri acquirenti

I am totally unhappy customer.
I ordered a Racechip for my Alfa Romeo 159 2.0 JTDm. First there was a delay in delivery for like a week. Also there where no confirmation of payment and order. Than I did not get any manuals on how to fit a chip to my particular car. Unlike the common manual with 3 ends connecting wire I got 5 ends wire.
I contacted dealer in Russia and was told that if I bought my chip in Germany they will not provide me any help. Weird! No respectable company would treat it`s customers that way.
So I called to Racechip to Germany. I had a conversation with Lunis Ait. I complained about russian dealer and asked if he could send me proper manual. Lunis sent me pictures of Opel Insignia engine. When I wrote him that it is not what my car is I never got a reply.
Next I called Racechip again and talked to guy named Bengamin Elmoussaoe. He suggested that you sent me wrong cable and offered to send a cable back to Racechip and whait for the replacement. I explained him that Russian Post is absolutely unreliable and best would be if I can come to dealer in Moscow and they check if there is a cable problem. He assured me that he will contact dealer and send me e-mail with contact.
Guess what happened next? Yes! Nothing again.
So I assume: that is the way Racechip deals with it`s customers. OK, guys that`s the way it is. Hope all people, who interested in chip tuning will know about it and your glory shall be ahead of you!

can i use this racechip for my 320 e36?
