Nice and clean rooms. Service is much better than at Sana hotels in Berlin.

Very friendly staff, went out of the way to make our stay extra lovely. It is my birthday and they sent up complimentary cake with a personalized message. The rooms are modern, clean and luxurious. The bed is great quality (boxpring) and the bedding is warm and comfortable.

Good service, kind attentive staff. Fast check in and check out. Room service, Pool, sauna and gym, The restaurant should have more dinning options and the food is nothing special but not bad either. I'd recommend this place.

The hotel is really great and extremely clean. It's closer to every attractions. Close to malls and restaurants. I would highly recommend it. Only problem we have is air conditioning in the room was loud and it was able to cool down the room, my son had a difficulties to sleeping. Otherwise, great hotel.

I did enjoy my stay here, the only reason I take a star off is the fact that there is a window to the bedroom in the bathroom, which means, you can watch you SO doing their business while laying in bed. There are blinds you can close, yet I really don't get the idea. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, the spa area clean and beautiful. Give it a try and see for yourself though.

Great rooms, hotel, location. Nice staff. Breakfast is always chaotic though so be warned you may have to hunt for cups and cutlery!

From the second I arrived in the Pestana, the staff was overly accommodating to us. They gave us all he necessary information on where to go what was fun to do. Andy and Andraas were the most professional and efficient bartenders I have ever crossed paths with! Nelson was a fantastic host as well. Words cannot describe the time I had there! Maria was an amazing and unique manager as well. I wish her the best of luck with everything! She will make a man extremely happy when it's all said and done. Albert helped me make it up to my bed when I fell asleep at the breakfast table and also gave me great insight on life and what do over here in Prague. Tank Pivo!!! I love your whole staff and I want you all to know you have a free place to stay when you come to US. Thank you all for the GREATEST EXPERIENCE I had in Europe!

Beautiful room, good service, the pool is nice and very clean overall! The WiFi can be slow from time to time, but it's not bad.

I stayed a week in July in the hotel and enjoyed my time. The room was great, the facilities new and the breakfast great. The gym was okay, the pool a bit too small (especially when kids are around).
The only minus where the wellness-spa area. The steam bath where not working the entire week and nobody felt really responsible.response / report this review
