Located in a beautiful landscape and great from the outside. Service and food are pretty mediocre though. Everything a bit old fashioned.

I would never ever advice my friends to stay at this hotel. The only good thing was masseur, the other services were really terrible and I can't believe that this hotel is 4 stars hotel. Who gave them 4 stars?
My own experience:
Restaurant is miserable, the owners are trying to save the money with less personnel - waitress are coming to you only once an hour, forgetting what you have ordered (because of lots of the customers and pure number of personnel), food looks awful, tastes also and is extremely expensive. After complaining to the hotel owners (they are running around with waitress also), they even do not ask what was wrong, just ignore you.
SPA - masseur was great, cosmetic procedures - awful. One of the examples: Lady put the mask on my face and left me telling that I can wash my face in the toilet on the way to the swimming pool.
Overall: do not worth 4 stars and such money to pay.response / report this review -

Great vacation hotel. Wonderful rooms with a view towards the mountains. Great breakfast and dinner buffets.
