Really dirty Nice, but dirty.

Awful. Situated in the middle of two Gay hotspots (sexshops, bars). Rooms smell bad, the area is spooky. Not recommended for women travelling with kids or on their own.

Such a disgusting place and the rooms are really noisy, internet connection in our room was definitely not good, security box didn't work and tv has just two channels ! We asked for another room and made us wait for 3 hours in the reception. Definitely not what we spected

The price was really good and the room was nice even if it wasn't luxurious or big, but it is really good having in mind we had to pay 25 euros per double room. The stuff were really helpful and nice :D

Staff are great! One's we have come across spoke english. The rooms are basic but its a great location only round the corner from the chocolate museum.

Rooms are small but comfy. Cleanliness i will rate at 4/5 because bathroom was not completely clean when we arrive but really nothing important. Great reception and localization :) really recommend especially for that price :)

DO NOT STAY HERE. Located in between two gay brothels. Not an area for families unless your family really wants to be surrounded by gay sex all hours of the night. (Not judging, just be aware that this hotel is RIGHT IN THE middle of the gay sex "Red Light District")
Rooms are small and dated, internet access is horrible. Hotel customer service is the worst I've ever seen.response / report this review -

Beautifal old red building at the center of Cologne. Very friendly staff with good speak English. Clean rooms. Located near the tram stop and not far from Reine. Wi fi is not very good sometimes but it is not problem for me. It is an elevator inside the hotel. Good price
