  Very pleasant welcoming and warm atmosphere.
  Nice view on the valley and very nice dinner.
  
  The room are basic but welcoming.
  Only upside, since it is really giving on the valley, so quite high, to reach the below village there is some walk but the surroundings make it pleasant.
  
  Stayed here for business with 3 other colleagues and we enjoyed very much the stay.

  AM Zault - Das Landhotel is a very relaxing place to stay and away from the city's busy streets. It is also near the Unterbacher See. The rooms and hallways are clean ,and staffs were very nice and helpful. The food is really good as well.
  
  I only gave 4 stars just because of it's lack of elevators which could have been very useful if you are bringing baby stroller with you. And a fire station is situated just on the opposite of the street. You'll never miss a fire truck coming in and out.
  
  Everything else is superb. Still commendable for anyone especially for family who is looking for a nice place to stay.

  Room was nice and the appearance of the hotel was acceptable,but a couple of things prevent me from giving me stars.
  1. Lack of feedback/communication with me regarding my specific wishes. It's better than me having to wait until I get there to be disappointed.
  2. Had to sit in the reception to eat our breakfast. There was a free table but we weren't offered it and the other table which had been specifically reserved for another group. Why wasn't I informed that you can reserve tables for breakfast?
  So the poor service and communication spoiled what was otherwise a pleasant stay. And let's not talk about the payment problems either

  This was a first time for me to visit Germany. It was a good memory to stay in a nice place together with friendly staff of the hotel.
  If I have a chance to be back to Germany again, Am Zault will be priority for my choice.
