  I am awake at 5am writing this review before a business meeting because I could not get any sleep all night! I would pay for a better room in which I can sleep but why didn’t you tell me this was going to be a very loud, hot and stuffy room? You have completely ruined my trip because of this room and it’s noise. Yes you are in a central location but you need to invest in some proper soundproof windows. Restaurant was great and service was fine but the gentleman at reception said you are fully booked right now and cannot change rooms. I will get ready and leave, and perhaps sleep in the office for a quick nap before my meeting. What a complete joke!

  Nice personnel. The rooms are a bit small but they are clean. Smoking rooms available. Close to the industrial area and in the center of Hilden

  Very clean with good food for dinner or breakfast. Rooms are nice, but be sure to order business room if from US otherwise it will be small. Friendly staff that speaks plenty of English.

  Zu alt, nicht sauber genug, die Waschbecken aus Kunststoff mir rissen und es müffelt. Die Betten rutschen rum.
  Bin das 2. Mal hier und brauch das echt nicht mehr.
  Am nervigsten ist die Schranke, wenn man raus will, mehrmals muss immer ein Chip am Empfang geholt werden, was ein Scheiss.

  Das Hotel ist recht einfach. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und recht gut ausgestattet. Leider rochen die Handtücher nach Rauch, was in einem Nichtraucher Hotel nicht der Fall sein sollte. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut bestückt. Leider achtet das Personal nicht genug auf Sauberkeit. Schmutzige Jogurtschälchen und die Tischdecken werden nicht gewechselt auch wenn sie befleckt sind. Schade.
