very good located for evening tours. Rooms and breakfast good.
Its a hotel with convention center. Its on top floor of the building. So you need to take elevator to 2nd floor to reach reception. Guests were little confused accout it. If you come by taxi ask the driver to take to the 2nd floor. There is access from parking. Rooms are good and clean. It has a restaurant and bar. They are good. Food is just alright. Breakfast for EUR 18 is just ok. I was expecting better spread.
Nice, comfortable room. Only complaint was that there are rooms on the first floor that look our into the main conference area, so I didn't feel comfortable leaving my blinds open. The room however is equipped with an automatic drop down shade, so at least it's easy to have privacy if you want it. For a one night business trip, this hotel served my needs just fine. Friendly staff.
Berlin's Mercure MOA was a great experience. I attended a convention there in May and was impressed by the rooms, restaurant, and conference space.
The rooms are comfortable and inexpensive, with a strong focus on energy efficiency. The hotel staff cleaned the rooms thoroughly each day, and the mattresses were quite comfortable, with an array of pillow thicknesses to choose from.
The hotel bar was great, with competitive prices and a wide selection. I did not eat in the restaurant, but I know others enjoyed it.
The conference space had great seating and acoustics for presentations.
Finally, the location is great, located partially in a mall where you can grab deli food or grab and provisions you need. Also, the subway is just across the street.
Overall, very impressed!
Very nice rooms and accommodating staff. We had a booking issue where a single was booked for the two of us instead of a double (fault of the person who booked them for us), and they were very nice and fixed it for us with no fuss. Relatively close to the airport. Decent number of food options within walking distance. Nice restaurant bar and a very convenient shopping area (including a large grocery store) on the bottom floor. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.
Great, huge roomy place. The suburb itself is a little boring but you have a close metro station and supermarket next door. It is used mainly for conference accomodation.
Nice venue for events. Good food and spaces. Wifi didn't work very well thought.
Everything was great. Bit far from the city centre but connections are great. Trainstop and metro are near. Crogery store on hotels ground floor. Rooms are comfortable and up to date. When we were visiting here it was over 30 celsius warm outside but rooms were cool. Great experience overall.
Very comfortable hotel. Parking just few steps from the reception. Rooms are quite, large and comfortable. Cleaning is perfect. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi is too slownand unusable. You can pay 6€/24hours per device for a fast wifi (30/50 download/upload). Overall, very satisfied!
That is for sure the worst Mercure hotel we have ever stayed. First we got a room with mattresses so old that one felt like sleeping in a bathtub. Then when we asked to change rooms and the receptionist says "I hope that the new one is not so old" meaning that it normal for them to have horrible mattresses. Nonetheless we changed rooms and as expected again a terrible mattress. We didn't book breakfast in advance but we saw online that non-hotel guest could book it for 14€. We however had to pay 18€. This was a terrible experience and it was surprising for us because this mercure should be 4 stars hotel. You can find hostels in Berlin with better service, more comfortable beds and better location. We will never come back here.
