  Very tiny shower, reception smells bad, heating too small for big room, bathrrom door fancy but no privacy and rude receptionist!

  Good hotel, nice staff both reception, breakfast & restaurant. Confortable. Very close to exhibition center: Düsseldorf and Köln

  Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is good, not too small. WiFi for free, always good. But, and this is with the most hotels, the WiFi connection is poor to no connection at all. Did not have any parking costs. Breakfast was good, enough to choose.

  Very clean and tidy rooms. Extremely friendly service. Restaurants catering for vegans. Outside parking as well as underground parking available for €3 a night. Pool by the terrace. Highly recommended.

  First impression from the outside: a bit old fashioned? But when we entered our room very beautiful, modern, clean (except the pillow at the couch), very clean and beautiful bathroom, large room. Very pleased with this room! The breakfast is very delicious and there was plenty to choose from. The staff is very friendly! Make sure you eat at least once in the restaurant because the food is delicious! You can park the car in front of the hotel (free of charge). The location of the hotel is fantastic. When you subscribe for a membership you get free drinks at arrival = plus point! Next time we visit Düsseldorf, we will come here again! Thank you Mercure Hotel!
