Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was really eat as much as you want for 12 euros. Yes the rooms were fairly small, beds were made up every day cleanliness could have been a bit better same dust was there for our 4 day trip. Overall though a good central place to stay and within 5 minutes walk of the train station.

Good location near to the spittelmark train station. Rooms are comfortable, small and nicely furnished, all you need for a few nights stay.

Cute, modern styled hotel in East Berlin. The rooms can seem quite small, if you're not used European sized rooms. However, if you're just coming for a short getaway, it's lovely. The staff is helpful and friendly. There's a reasonably priced buffet breakfast every morning, and a bar that also serves dinner. It's very close to the U-Bahn, which makes getting around the city very easy.
Couldn't give it 5 stars because the cleaning service wasn't great. The rooms weren't dirty, just not up to a standard I expected.

Nice rooms. Very central and close to U2 which gets you everywhere. Only bad thing is that the water changes temperature all the time.

It was fine, although they messed up my booking for two rooms, taking over an hour to resolve. Room service was poor, the floor wasn't cleaned all week and a wine glass ring stayed on the deal for 3 days. Had to ask daily for replacement tea & coffee. Kettle didn't fit under bathroom tap. Only slightly larger, I would still recommend the superior rooms ( they are at the far end of the corridors on each floor, so less footfall past the door. Some sacrifice wardrobe space for bathroom space and vice versa, so look before you accept the room. Breakfast is poor for the 12euro, as one doesn't often feel like much in the morning. Better to go to Cappuccino bakery round the corner, better coffee too. The same restaurant area is for dinner, and again, not good value (loads of restaurants, pizzerias around the neighbourhood.)
