  A very nice church. There is a large open space in front with a lawn and benches where people can sit and enjoy the view.

  Ангел без головы у входа в Церковь Иоанна (Johanneskirche).
  У входа в самую большую церковь Дюссельдорфа, в церковь Иоанна (Johanneskirche) Вас встречают фигуры ангелов, преклонивших колени. Один из них без головы, производит мрачное впечатление. Это не результат сатанинского обряда, а эхо войны. 12 июня 1943 года союзная авиация в очередной раз бомбила Дюссельдорф и церковь Иоанна была почти полностью разрушена. Ее быстро восстановили после войны (1953), но этого ангела оставили как есть, как напоминание об ужасах войны.

  It's repaired just two years ago, now it's not a church, but more like as concert hall, very nice cafe inside.
