While it’s 3 Celsius outside and it’s snowing the heating in the room does not work. I complained in the afternoon but in the evening it was even colder. The reception was very sorry.

Central location made it easy to get around. Breakfast was included as well as access to public transport. Friendly staff were very welcoming.

Great location right in the train station, otherwise small rooms and their wifi internet is so slow it's useless. Hotel has an old feeling.

    Hi,

After leaving the hotel this morning I realized I had left my iPhone charger in the room. When I called, the lady from reception told me that she could not do anything. After pushing a little bit, she called me back 10 minutes later telling that "they have not found anything in the room". So, if the charger is not in my suitcase and neither in the roomwhere is it?!?

First time in my life that a hotel is not able to return a charger that is forgotten in the room.

    Incredible.

    Be careful

Comfy room but what good is that when the hotel doesn't provide "do not disturb" signs (hmm) and house keeping comes knocking on your door before 10 AM, opens the door, and asks what time you're leaving? And she came back later to harass us a second time! Checkout time was NOON!

Wonderful hotel that has a great perk. Rooms are spacious enough, and is located within walking distance of many downtown areas as well as public transit. The perk is the hotel gives you a pass for the public transit, so you can walk or ride at no additional fee. Will stay here again.

Room is OK. Not fancy, very very basic. Wi-Fi is free, but VPN is blocked unless you pay for it, and Wi-Fi speed is very slow. You probably can send and receive text only. Picture takes long~ time.
