We were placed here by British Airways following flight cancellations. This was the second hotel we stayed at on the two nights we were stuck in Dusseldorf. It's primarily caters towards business guests so understandably the rooms were a bit plain and basic albeit clean. The rooms do not have minibars and the double beds only had single bed sized duvets which didn't seem logical. The restaurant food was pretty good and the waitstaff there were fairly friendly. The only negative aspect of my stay was although the front desk staff were polite they weren't friendly and I found them quite cold. I didn't get an impression they cared about our stay nor did they smile at any point. Perhaps this was due to the fact that British Airways was covering our stay, but ultimately I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Out of all of the places we stayed on our budget euro trip this place was by far the favourite.

The rooms are well finished with a comfortable bed and decent TV, the shower was great, staff were very helpful and the location was perfect. There's an Aldi around the corner for a bite to eat.

Very nice hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Got a quiet room with a large and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good as well. No minibar in the room, which is totally fine for me, because there are vending machines for snacks and beverages on the first floor. I would have preferred longer curtains to totally block the light from outside.
