Very nice hotel, spacious, clean and welcoming room, very friendly and helpful staff. Good location not too far from the center easily reachable by underground (the stop is a few meters away) in about 10/15 minutes.
Review for business trip stay. Fast checkin and friendly staff. Room was a good size and had the amenities you’d expect from a hotel in this class.
There was a chocolate stain on one of the furnishings that looked like blood and not sure how the maids missed it. The staff quickly sent someone to clean it but expect more at these prices.
Room service did not answer the phone when I tried to order so had to order with reception.
The food was the biggest let down. The quality of the burger was way below average. The wine was okay.
Internet was super slow which is massively frustrating for a hotel that touts itself as a business venue.
All in all, not a terrible experience but not a great one either. Would only recommend if you get an amazing last minute deal.
Such a cool place. Modern but classy with top class service. I wasn't dressed to impress when I arrived but was still treated like a VIP. I really liked that attitude
It was my first time in this hotel and I had a very unpleasant time. The hotel wasn't too bad, rooms were spacious with a balcony and the toilet was nice. It's located near a subway station and a supermarket so very accessible. The only downside was the hotel staff who seemed so unwilling to assist me when I asked for help. I needed a car to rent and when I approached the counter staff, the look they have me were u pleasant, very unwilling to help as if I was a burden to them for even asking for some help. Besides that, I had forgotten to bring my adaptor and had called down to reception and normally when I go to hotels, they'll lend the adaptors out for free but apparently for Pullman Munich, I had to buy an adaptor for €18. On top of that, they wouldn't deliver it to my room, I stead I had to go down and get it myself. I was already in my pyjamas, just done with a 14 hour flight and was just looking forward to a good sleep so I didn't end up buying it in the end. Also, I had requested for extra pillows to be delivered up to my room but I waited for about 2 hours and no one came. I ended up falling asleep on a flat pillow that felt as glad as the duvet provided.
Slow elevators! Get more seat's in the lobby. Way to expensive parking! Small breakfast area, had to wait for knives n forks, should be able to get new ones by the food. A bit dirty room floor, found used q-tip behind a chair. A bit noise from hallway, and roof plates above main enterence slamming in the wind. But very good beds, breakfast, bar and location!
Located near U-Bahn and ATMs, rooms are moderate and suitable gor a shirt stay, service is good and friendly, there is a cafe-restaraunt on the ground floor.
Nice, cleans and modern rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable for the location. Good local restaurant within walking distance.
The hotel is recently renovated. It's clean and tidy. Spacious also.
But we had so many bad experiences with it in my 6 night stay.
Our room was not cleaned for 3 nights and that's because someone was turning the door sign from "Clean my room" to "Don't disturb" and I have informed the reception 3 times and they make the call to room service people and still the same. I have informed them twice in one day, and still.
Hotel restaurant "Breakfast" people/staff were racist. We walk in with no greeting, unlike other nationalities. All people get offered coffee or tea, we never got offered anything. My wife is pregnant and needs help in getting a child seat, no one would bother to help. In ArabellaSheraton or Marriott or any other hotel around Munich we all got greeted and helped.
Upon check out in a 4 star hotel. No one was there to help us with our bags. I called them and they straight told me we don't have anyone at this time (time was 7:30am Monday).
It is by far he worst experience in Germany and Europe as whole.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there unless it's for sleep only.
All highways next to it are always traffic. Underground is always crowded. Near by market and bakery are really of a low quality. Not recommended for a family.
1 star is for price
1 star for one single lady that helped me on the reception.
Nice hotel, rooms good size and fitted out well. Hotel looks well kept and modern. Free slow (512kbs) wifi, or pay for real world speed.. Bathroom is good with good showers. Located near underground train, plus some main roads with buses. Supermarket, Cafe and chemist near by. Hotel also has bar/restaurant but very expensive.
Very nice hotel. The Airport bus stops right in front of it. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is super expensive. The bar is alright but there are few people here.
My parents always stay here when they visit Munich.
