They held onto our bags before and after our stay. The wifi worked fine but we had to re-login 2 or 3 times per device (also had some issue with iOS safari at first). The location was central enough and very close to a U-bahn stop.

Room got messed up. Someone checked in with our name. Couldn't get into the room even if they were empty. Slept in the car.

Basic rooms, clean and tidy. Rooms on street side noisy with tram/buses. Mix up with additional bedding for our stay, offered a complementary room for the night. When we finally got the non-smoking room sorted it was very squashy, and had a constant stream of cigarette smoke. complementary mini bar was never fully refilled and almost every day there wasn't enough towels for everyone. We constantly had to follow up on everything. Would be very hesitant to stay again.

Nice little hotel with modern decor. A great feature is the kitchenette with stove top and microwave to make longer stays more comfortable. Very close to public transport which takes you into town in a matter of minutes.

Nice rooms, friendly personnel. Very quiet. Also they have a terrace on the second floor. Though I did not have an iron in the room.
