Nice modern hotel. Excellent views from the bar and the 24/7 gymnasium. The washrooms are a bit small and dated. Breakfast was extremely crowded and did not match the high overall standards if this hotel.

Great hotel with good stuff. Breakfast is good and the SPG Lounge for Platinum guests also provides dinner. Location is central and well connected to the Subway.

Out of the way location in general but decent if you're going to Oktoberfest. Frustrating communication with staff. Within a period of five minutes I was told I could order room service then told by Michael that I couldn't. It was late at night so that would have been understandable except he was incredibly short and dismissive. Hardly what you would expect from an establishment like this.

If you are coming for Oktoberfest it's ok but there are probably other comparable hotels cheaper and closer. If you are here for other purposes then be aware basic service standards are clearly missing and you would do yourself a service to book elsewhere.

Room was impeccable. Bathroom was clean and newly remodeled. If you book through their website and are a member of their rewards program the WiFi is free of charge. If not it is €9/day.

Very attentive staff, excellent location.
The Sheraton has the typical, pleasant 'Sheraton ambience'. The staff is very attentive and responsive. We had an issue with a noisy room and were changed over to a quieter one the day after. Located in one of the city-near suburbs of Munich, it takes only 10 min by metro (the station is in front of the hotel) to get to the city center. A good place to stay for business and pleasure. The only minor point is that their Hamam is only luke-warm. The sauna is OK though.

Nice room, very well appointed. Located right on Ubahn for easy access. Excellent breakfast. Best pillows EVER. Very comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful.
