Let's make it clear; it is a 3-Star hotel. Only prices are 4 stars. Alsi, you can still smell the smoke in the rooms. Recommended only, if you want to spend a lot of time on sightseeing\programs in Hamburg and you would go to the hotel for a good sleep. Way too average and far frim the city center to be more than that.

I was with my wife there. It was clean, cheap and the service is nice. The breakfast is good too.

Soba je cista i hotel opravdava cenu. Kupatilo je cisto ali mala tus kabina.Internet ima ali bi mogao biti bolji.Dorucak je ok

OK hotel with great brekkie ( smoked salmon anyone?) but gives you only 1 hour free internet per day which I find shocking nowadays.

Comfortable. Good steak in the Clipper restaurant. Only down side, for a 4 star hotel it doesn't offer free wifi.
