The location of this hotel is ideal for walking around to see the attractions available and the service isn't bad. But the rooms are small and the beds even smaller. The facility is clean and the continental breakfast is above mediocre with both indoor and otdoor seating arrangements. But you should get there early to enjoy it the most. The rooms do not have bottled water or a wet bar or a bathtub. However there is air conditioning and a window that can be opened in two positions. Refreshments and beverages are available in the lobby at the front desk. Not fancy but bare minimum. I had originally considered another hotel with more amenities but when I went most of the better hotels were already booked although the prices were competitive. Quiet at night in the rooms with soundproof doors and windows and they have Wi-Fi.

Nice clean. Very friendly staff can speak English. Quiet room with A/C and hot shower. There is a bar by front desk which is convenient.

I stayed in the holiday inn, for my stag do. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to everything and perfect for getting home after a night out. It was the one good thing about Hamburg. The staff were helpful and it was pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean, I'd definitely recommend it.

If you have to stay next to the Reepperbahn, this is a good bet just away from the grim parts!

Convinient hotel with standard rooms in good location. Nothing wrong just a bit standard and way too expensive though (EUR 130-160 for single room) for what you get (about -30% should be OK).

Very close to the Reeperbahn but far enough away that there l there's no noise issue. Clean and tidy hotel, excellent breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

Good sized, quiet rooms a short distance from Millerntor stadium, the Reeperbahn and with easy access to the rest of Hamburg city. Comfortable with friendly staff that were happy to help. Not my first stay and no doubt won't be my last.

Nice and affordable hotel. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, a decent breakfast buffet, and public garage parking (15 € per night) available.
I would stay there again!
