Good modern hotel, about 10 mins walk into the old town. About 5 mins walk to nearest u-bahn station, which means you can reach the hotel from the airport in just in about 40 mins (change at Berliner Tor) . Several cafes nearby, if you want to avoid the cost of the breakfast in the hotel.

An interesting hotel, the AHSH (is too long a name to type fully) is welcoming, with excellent staff service initially. The room was compact but pleasant, and well air conditioned - that was important in a very hot and humid day, so it's a shame the public spaces seemed to be without air conditioning. It made the bar extremely uncomfortable, despite the excellent staff, superb cocktails, and pleasing environment. I skipped dinner, but the breakfast (served on another building across a walkway over the river) was comprehensive and tasty. Mostly positive then, especially with regard to service.

Had an issue which was quickly remedied by the manager.

The hotel itself is nice and clean and modern with a good outlook over Hamburg.

The rooms can be a bit noisy - try to get on the higher floors.

Very good hotel. Rich breakfast including variety of fruits fantastically prepared beacon and scrambled eggs. Espresso is also something to be mentioned.

The hotel is located in the old Speicherstadt in the Hamburg Harbour. Rooms were nicely decorated, clean and functional. I was here for a business conference and the location had very suitable facilities for a medium sized conference.

Great place, great location, great attention to details, nice food in the hotel restaurant. One of the nicest hotel in Hamburg. A great discovery, I'll be for sure back during my next business trip to Hamburg !

Loved the hotel where I stayed almost 2 weeks. Rooms are very spacious, very well decorated with everything you need. Even two televisions in some bedroom :) Staff members are really nice and dedicated to you, especially the bartender who you can easily talk to. Great guy. The breakfast is very generous and will please all kind of desires. Don't miss the italian restaurant and take the 60hours cooked meat. Delicious ! Hope to come back.

My daughter and I enjoyed an absolutely WONDERFUL stay at this lovely hotel. We arrived quite late in the evening, and were checked in promptly by a very friendly front desk employee who recommended that we try the adjoining restaurant for dinner. That too was excellent. The room was spacious, sparkling clean and the beds were almost too comfortable -- it was difficult to leave them to get going in the morning! Lovely toiletries in the very nice bathroom. We will most certainly return, and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
