Good hotel for a few nights or only one. Good caffe!

Stayed here for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The restaurant was great the night before, with good options. The room was very comfortable and clean, and there was a nice grab and go breakfast early the next morning.

Stayed couple of times in the hotel. Rooms need more cleaning. The shower broken and personnel ignored my petition to repair it. At the reception desk you normally have rude and incompetent staff. The only good stuff is location which is very near to the airport but the other side of the coin is noise coming from planes engines.

The location is excellent and the shuttles every 30 min make it very convenient. The hotel is comfortable, clean and offers all amenities you would need on a business trip and if you are lucky you could be the Lucky Guest of the day and have free minibar and a couple complimentary treats. Really enjoyed this last one!!!

Not a pleasant experience. Stayed here on 3 occasions and all 3 were bad. Crew is not competant. Low quality customer service. They charge the most expensive rates even though there are options. They don't even tell you about the alternatives. They asked me if I wanted to have breakfast in the morning. I said yes and they put it in their system. Then the next morning I went to the restaurant to have breakfast but my name was not in the list. No big deal I said let me have my breakfast and you charge it to my room. The lady asked me whether I would like to have a continental breakfast which is only cold items at the buffet or full breakfast which also include hot items. Obviously there are options at different charges. I said let me do the continental which was around 12,99 Euros. Then at the check out my bill didn't look right. Because they were charging me 2 breakfasts. When I pointed out The I competant receptionist offered to take out the continental breakfast which I had instead of taking the full breakfast that was initially put in my room at the check out and which i didn't even had. She instead of asking which one I had or offering an apology, wanted to overcharge me. When I pointed that out she stated that due to their system I capabilities they cannot take out what is put at the check in. So I had to agree to be overcharged. Of course I am not happy about it and I am writing it here. I am definitely not coming Bach here. I have given them enough chances to make it right. First time is a luck ( bad one), second time is a coincident, and third time is a trend. The management needs to change and realize that this is a hospitality business.

Excellent service, Vielen Dank :-) The receptionist named Sanja Vitaz went above and beyond to provide me with amazing, warm, friendly service. It is always comforting to meet kind staff after a long journey. I highly recommend this hotel, there is a shuttle service directly to the MUC airport as well. The room was clean and spacious. Thanks again!

gross misrepresentation, king size bed is specifically advertised, ordered with reservation. NOT available on arrival. Looks and feels like 3 star hotel, definitely Not 4 star one. Staff is not helpfull.

Clean, friendly and functional. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Did not have dinner but Breakfast was fine. Served by a shared shuttle bus to and from the airlort, bus stop 11/12. Too far to walk. €5 euro price although from the hotel they will give you a free voucher
