Very comfortable stay. Big, plush rooms, and very helpful staff. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The spa was lovely and the kitchenette was fantastic as well! We wish the coffee would have been refilled complimentary, but all else was perfect. Be sure to enjoy breakfast and get their scrambled eggs with bacon!

Our accommodation at Louisa's Place was more like an apartment than a hotel room. Our room had kitchen facilities as well as a large sitting room with separate large bedroom and WC. At night we had no disturbance either from outside or inside the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spent some time going through the city map and explaining the best ways to get around. If you have a car, the hotel has underground secure garage parking available which is cheaper than leaving it in paid parking elsewhere in the city. The restaurant prices were reasonable for very nice food although we felt that the price of breakfast was too much. My only small complaint would be the gym which is tiny and almost bereft of equipment. However, it was a pleasure to stay in the hotel, good location with the subway nearby, plenty of other restaurants and bars close to the hotel and in three days we managed to cram in most of the sights of Berlin.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean large rooms. Self service laundry facilities was really nice after 2 weeks on the go. Excellent breakfast and good restaurant recommendations when we asked. Felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay. Paid parking just across the side street. Will go back again.

This is a truly wonderful place to stay! We stayed in a suite and had so much room and it was so clean and comfortable also! The breakfast was amazing and the gym and pool downstairs were quite nice and useful. The location is wonderful - slightly outside of "town" but right on the Metro lines and super easy to get anywhere you want to go, including the airport. There are many really great restaurants nearby and some very nice shopping not too far away and all the sights of Berlin are an easy ride away. It's also convenient for sights outside of Berlin, as the train is just a short walk away. The staff were all really kind and helpful and made our entire stay a pleasure. I wished we had booked for longer, as this was the nicest hotel of our trip!

The hotel exceeded my expectations except for the hot tub being broken. I understand that happens and only mildly took away from my stay. The room was very comfortable and so quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Berlin!

Lovely hotel. Great service. Friendly helpful staff. Everyone spoke way better English than our German. Super breakfast. Very personal feel to the place - not at all a 'chain' hotel - hand-written note in our room when we arrived for example. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room/suite was very spacious and comfortable and excellent value for money with the deal we had.
We bought a few more pods for the machine and went to the bakery for our breakfast. We didn't try the hotel breakfast as it seemed rather expensive.response / report this review
