The desk staff did check-in in the name of someone else. Apparently the name was different, but the staff ignored it. I already had paid through a app, but paid the hotel accommodation fee again. Later I proved everything and got a refund. But it was a very unpleasant experience.

Perfect location. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Can highly recommend this place, which is just 10 min. walk from the Sanssouci park and palace.

Lovely hotel with nice staff. Very good location. Walking distance to the Potsdam central station and mall for trains to and from Berlin. Sanssouci Park is also nearby either by walking or the tram. Upper floors have very good views of Potsdam.

Standard hotel. Good views (it is a high rise). Check in took a bit long. Breakfast was surprisingly good (lots of choices, incl fresh pressed juice, fruits, eggs etc). Quite close to Sanssouci and thus lots of gardens. The hotel is downtown, five minutes walk from the train station and there's a good pizza place on the opposite side of the road (w seating at the river).
