This is the right hotel for a vacation in Berlin, rooms too clean, bathroom is perfect, breakfast is fine and the team is pro.

First room we got was a bit dirty. After we change it was ok.
Expensive breakfast, compare to that what you can eat.

It's a bit of an old place location close enough to the middle of Neukolln but is a nice quiet area and a professional lobby area. We got the biggest rooms which had plenty of space for 2 guests and even a 3rd if needed, and they do a slightly above average breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and bathroom had a bath and shower. The menu in the restaurant needs a couple more items on it. Otherwise it's a good hotel close to the airport with a bus connection less than 100m away.

Close to Grenzalle metro station you can go everywhere, the breakfast buffet is good. The service es great and overall it is a good hotel, no luxury but great.

Service seemed difficult. Not the customer service i would expect. Room ok tho plumbing in shower could be better. Useful location between airport and city centre

Had an enjoyable stay there. Free wifi in the room, friendly staff and clean rooms, but we heard street noise in the room, not very nice, especially during the night. Close to U bahn station
