Great hotel traffic canbe a bit loud . But for being clean with great staff and great food it's a wonderful hotel will stay again. Underground right by the hotel makes getting around Berlin a must. Great city puts London in the shade England should be ashamed if London is the best we can do. German people are very friendly and accommodating nothing to much trouble for them . Many thanks

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Rooms immaculately clean and close to all transport links. Also an excellent Steak house across road. Would definitely stay again x

Rooms are very clean, and situated close to the tram for easy access around Berlin. Hotel is located on a very busy road which was extremely noisy to the point it was difficult to sleep. breakfast very mediocre and the receptionist was ordering new trousers on the computer whilst we stood and waited for him to finish to ask information. Professional.

I stayed for one night, got a single bed room on the first floor. No view and opposite the vents! But the rooms itself is clean and functional. No fridge and the tv is probably 21'. Don't turn the tv loud or even mid way, neighbors will complain :) Hotel looks a little dated.
I always believe you get for what you pay. So I can't complain. Breakfast is pretty standard, sausages and eggs and the spread.
Worth mentioning, Sasha who works at the front desk has given me really good travelling tips and was patient. He deserves the credit. Much appreciated. We need more people like this in the hotel industry.
See if you can book directly with the hotel rather than going with Expedia which I did and found out that it works out $30 more expensive. Shifty buggers.

Got a bargain for a week's stay at this hotel, Clean, quiet and comfortable. Rooms are adequate, but could do with coffee making facilities or fridges in the rooms! Bar staff generally quite helpful and friendly, souvenirs cheap here compared to central Berlin

Perfectly pleasant and very clean. Good value. Nothing exceptional but entirely what you would expect. Staff are a little terse.

Good location with great transport links, market and Aldi all within 5 min walk. Only offer breakfast but bar with free discount vouchers for many attractions. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room but nice ensuite with separate toilet room. No double mattresses so twin mattresses held together within a hard wooden frame in the double rooms. The wooden frame is quite dangerous if forgotten or sometimes when entering or exiting the bed.

Rooms comfortable, powerful shower but could do with bigger bottles of shower gel & shampoo.very close to public transport links into city centre.
