Awful smells, loud at night and not very clean. Pretty much the worst.

The door has an old mechanical lock that you need to remember to lock again and the décor is a little outdated. Besides that, the room is clean and the staff are very friendly.

Best location you can imagine, 2 steps from the Cathedral, literally. Simple clean rooms, but walls need a fresh coat of paint.

Disgusting (rooms run down, weird smell coming from everywhere) and expensive hotel. Staff very unfriendly. Avoid at all cost.

Reserved a room via HRS and there was non available when we have arrived!
Update: After 30mins they were able to find a room in another **** hotel and took over the additional cost. Might have been an HRS issue. Therefore increased to 4 stars.response / report this review -

Best Location. Rooms are small but well organized. Breakfast is good. Walking distant to the cathedral and to the shopping outlets. Simple but great hotel.

Good location, but very tricky to find a parking place in the area during Christmas time. You could hear the neighbours during the night once in a while. Overal this place is actually very good fort a short trip to Koln. We did this with a 1.3 year old baby.
