Compared to other Hilton hotels around the world, this was a disappointment. Not only is the service lacking in basic hospitality, the hotel itself is just sad. The decor is boring, bland and needs some serious renovation. The room itself is not too bad but for some reason, the mini bar was completely emptied out. Why? And in today's, day and age, internet is a basic room amenity that you shouldn't have to pay for, especially at hotels on the standard of Hilton. While hanging around in the lobby, one had their foot resting on the coffee table. We were approached very rudely by the receptionist (while we didn't actually mind putting our foot down, the attitude was appalling.) Definitely not what I expected.

Good hotel, not very classy, little old fashioned but has nice location. It's right on the bank of Rhine river, with easy access to walking routes on Riverside as well as short walks to city centres. Has good food but not global varieties. Staff is courteous and professional. Has good facilities for group meetings for up to 70 people that we had, and small events.

Very nice hotel by the river. Comfortable, clean, elegant, and friendly staff. Close to the center of town, so you can easily walk to where the food and entertainment is. Only downside was they did not accept VAT forms.

Charges for wifi. Expensive room water bottles at 4.50 eur. Precharges credit card for possible damage. A dinosaur of an hotel.

Stayed here for a conference. The staff were very polite. The room was comfortable, and the food was fine. The breakfast was British style, which was a surprise since we are in the heart of Bonn. The only issue was the WiFi access. You have to pay about 25 Euro for stable service. The free WiFi drops frequently.

Great central location right on the Rhine. Rooms are good size but no bathtub. Ask for a river view and you get a balcony.
