First of all, it's really nice hostel and the prices are incredible! I booked a bed in the mega dorm, which was clean and nice. The mattresses were quite worn out, but I didn't mind too much since I only paid so little. The staff is incredibly friendly and everything about the hostel makes you feel very welcome. It's very international and full of young people so it's easy to make new friends and find someone to hang out with. Highly recommend if you're looking for a cheap but nice place to stay for a few nights!

I stayed one night in the large dorm. Everything was very clean and in good condition and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Worth the money.

We had a nice 6-night stay in this hostel. Everything was very easy and the staff was very friendly. The only con was the hostel's lack of vegetarian options at the breakfast - it would've been better with some fresh vegetables eg. lettuce and tomato. Still in all 5/5! Thank you :)

This is one of the better hostels I've been to. I stayed in both the Mega (42 bed dorm) and the 6 bed dorm. Firstly I'd say, if possible pay the marginal price difference and stay in a smaller room because not only is the mega dorm filled with party goers coming back at 4am every day of the week, the rooms start to stink of sweat after a while. The hostel has a good bar with happy hour and a functioning wifi system. Free coffee and tea all day was absolutely clutch. Another major downside was that if you live in the upper floors you have to balance your basic survival need for fresh air with the loud noise and smoke from the beer garden that the windows open up to. They don't enforce their late night policies here well. Overall, good hostel though.

Well located hostel. Nice staff, large room (bedroom up to 8 bed). There is a bar inside the hostel with 1€ beer during happy hours (8-9pm everyday).
Downside : kitchen is usually busy and only open from 9am to 11pm. Also breakfast is 5€ (but you can get free coffee/tea)

This hostel is a fantastic choice. The staff were friendly, the facilities were usable and efficient, the location was stellar.
With a bar open late and a courtyard to keep some distance between the hostel goers and the general rabble, this place is a good choice when looking for a night or three in Berlin.
Peter checked us in and helped us figure out our itinerary. All in all, quite lovely! Thanks peter!

This hostel was fantastic! A bit smaller than some others in the area which I see as a positive thing. The aethetics are based around hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy which was neat.

Nice hostel, helpful staff, free coffee and tea with soy and cow milk. The beds and bunk beds are terrible though, wabbly and uncomfortable.
The rooms are pretty cheap but pay the extra dollars to upgrade if the difference isn't huge because you'd be surprised at how much nicer some rooms are then others.
I'd definitely recommend this hostel to others but understand the bed issue and that you must make your own bed (please do it before you go out for the evening).

Stayed recently in one of the private double rooms. There was a private shower and sink, which was nice and unexpected for a hostel. It was comfortable and quite large. The location was amazing, and within walking distance of the city center. The staff was helpful and the hostel was clean and quiet. We really loved this stay and would highly recommend it to travelers! Also, we loved the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy theme :]
