I stayed here with my daughter to visit the Christmas markets. The tram, subway and bus stop right outside the hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful. They were friendly and knowledgable. Rooms were small but clean but what would you expect from a city centre hotel. I have certainly stayed in much smaller rooms. Highly recommended and would stay agai.
Us, a group of 6 stayed at this place last week for 2 nights and we loved it!
It was very clean, cosy and modern. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. This is located right in the heart of the city which was a major positive for us!
Stayed here for 3 nights in September. First off I would call this more like an upscale hostel than a hotel. On the positive side the rooms are very clean and modern. I didn't really interact much with the staff but the ones that I did have been super friendly. Walls are very thin and during my stay there was lots of activity and noise. Overall, it's above average when it comes to hostels.
We stayed here two nights with our two young children. The location was excellent- very close to transport and easy to get around. The room was good, and it was clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
Hostel was lovely, the lockers in the rooms weren't quite big enough for our rucksacks but we could fit in our stuff if we unpacked it all. Dorms were nice and we all had enough space, the first dorm we were in had no air con and was therefore very very hot and it was difficult to sleep. We had to change rooms and our second dorm was better with air con so it was nice and cool. When we arrived we checked in and were told my boyfriend and I wouldn't be put in the same dorm despite booking together back in March (this is August now) after we insisted we be in the same room the receptionist told us we could check into one room for tonight and then check into a different room tomorrow to ensure we were in a room together both nights. I was wary about this as check out is 11am and check in isn't until 3pm so I asked- are we able to check out in the morning before 11am and check into our new room straight away, he said yes. I double checked this with him several times and he said yes every time. In the morning we checked out and were told we couldn't move our things into our new room until 3pm. This I'm very unhappy about as we'd paid to have a room for 2 days which contained lockers so our bags were secure. Instead we were forced to leave our bags in a luggage room all day which I wasn't happy about at all.
Overall the hostel was lovely, spacious and clean but the staff weren't willing to help us at all and were borderline unkind.
Nice hotel in the city center. From here you can easily reach many important monuments. The staff is polite and gives advices on what to see
I stayed with a group of university students for two nights at the Meininger Berlin Mitte "Humboldthaus" hostel. In general, our group was satisfied with our stay. The hostel offers good (but crowded) breakfast, an excellent location, and generally good facilities. I did have some complaints from members of my group that the bedding wasn't clean in their rooms and that the beds were uncomfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay again.
The hotel is very nice, clean and the staff are friendly.
The localization is good and it has public transport just in front of the hotel.
Bike is available to rent and we can easily walk to the many attraction in Berlin.
Clean, modern room and bathroom in a great location. Room facing main street quite noisy all night long. Bed a bit hard and not too comfy. Overall fair price.
We stayed for 3 nights and we really love it.
Closer to public transport would be impossible! Staff was super super super nice! Huge bathroom and cozy bedroom.
We couldn't ask for more! thanks a lot
