Stayed at room 601, on a floor entirely to me and my family. Biggest room there for a decent price for 2 nights. Clean and great interior, with a gym and sauna downstairs. Staff were polite and quick. Unfortunately we didn't add/include breakfast but still recommend :)

Nice staff, clean, reasonably priced and spacious rooms plus a great breakfast. The only bad thing was the shower was cold. I reported it and they said they'd fix it immediately but I had checked out by then.

Highly recommended for the location alone, 30 seconds walk from Cologne's central train station/underground and only half an hours' walk or a 5 minute underground ride to almost everything worth seeing in the city.

Small and basic rooms but they have everything you need (short of tea/coffee making kit) and ours looked to have recently been refitted. Other rooms on our floor were being refitted during our stay but the work caused us no disruption at all. The room was reasonably soundproofed, there was no noise from the train station but road traffic was audible. Not a problem though as traffic volumes dropped significantly in the evenings.

Aside from at the front desk we hardly saw any staff, which could be a good or bad thing depending how you look at it, but our room was always made up when we were out.

Well worth the very reasonable price we paid.
