Near the airport. Otherwise I wouldn't have stayed. I will not go back.

We asked for non smiking room, we received the confirmation of the booking and still we got a room with awful cigar smell. Not fair at all. Hotel should have at least warn us about the room. Staff was not helpful at all to change the room. Disgusting.

This hotel has a very easy checkin process, and the clerk that helped with my check in(Martin, I believe) was very fun and courteous. My room was clean and comfortable once I got the windows opened up and I had no issues getting connected to WiFi for my stay. Breakfast was free and very large with great options and plenty of seating space and room! This was a wonderful last minute booking that I had no problems with. This is also super close to Berlin Tegal when you take the 128 Bus and that trip is very quick both ways.

Good location for short stay near airport.
Walking distance to airport bus and train to downtown.
Quality of the hotel is poor but acceptable for the price.

This hotel is staffed by rude front desk people. They misplaced our key but decided to act like it was somehow our fault despite the fact that we dropped it into the key drop area before leaving the hotel. Insisted that the key wasn't there and was all around rude. Turns out someone who works there put the key in the wrong place. The wifi is garbage, they charge 9€ per night for parking and the hotel is mediocre at best. They have dirty shower curtains and the "nonsmoking" rooms smell smoky. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone and definitely wouldn't stay again. This place is terrible and this particular weekend was severely overpriced at 215€ per night because an event was happening in Berlin. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

very cosy and nice hotel. the airplanes might bother someone else, but i absolutely love them and so the proximity of Tegel Airport is a plus for me. other than that, lovely staff, comfy bed, good wifi connection. i'm no George Clooney here, but.. what else ?? ☺️
